Service control center created in Georgian Card

In scope of improving level of servicing Georgian Card member banks and their clients, Service Control Center created in November, 2009 in Georgian Card.

The main work obligation of the center is to control GC staff service performance to the company’s clients as well as to monitor operational status, visual appearance and cleanness of ATMs and POS terminals involved in GC acquiring net. The main approach is to be closer to the customer’s position, do error/problem diagnosis from this point of view and solve the problems by means of intensive coordinated working with company’s other structural units.
